If you're here, you're likely ready to look at yourself clearly. To stop blaming, bypassing, or hoping someone else will fix it for you. What I offer is real. It can be intense. And it's for people who are ready to take ownership of their lives.
This work runs on one rule: you own your process.
Not me. Not your past. Not whatever happened to you. You.
That doesn't mean you have to have your shit together. It means you're done waiting for someone else to fix it.
What does self responsibility mean here?
Owning your behaviours, patterns, and consequences, no matter how messy
Being willing to feel what you've avoided
Not blaming me, your past, or the world for your current situation
Understanding that change takes work, time, and repetition
Letting go of the need to be rescued
The non negotiables:
You are responsible for your body. You can stop, slow down, or opt out at any time.
This is mentoring, not therapy. Not crisis care. If you need those, get them.
What I won't do:
Rescue you
Validate a victim mindset
Coddle, enable, or sugar coat
What I will do:
Call it how I see it, with respect
Offer grounded tools that work when you do
Stay solid while you unravel and rebuild
Walk beside you, not ahead of you
