GHoYoS BOOKING POLICY

Please read this before booking.

Payment

Full payment is due before your first session unless a payment plan has been agreed.

Payment plan options:

• 50/50 split — 50% deposit to book, 50% due at the halfway mark

• Deposit + balance — $500 deposit to book, balance due before Week 1

• Things tight but keen as mustard? — $500 deposit, then weekly/fortnightly direct debit. Just ask. This work is a game changer and I want it to be accessible.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Staged option (6 weeks + 7 weeks): Each stage is treated as a separate agreement. Week 7-13 payment is due before Week 7 begins. You have up to 3 months after completing Week 6 to re-up for the advanced module.

Rescheduling

Your first booked session day/time becomes your regular weekly slot.

• Ongoing day/time change: Can be negotiated once (6-week) or twice (13-week) across the program

• General reschedule: 48 hours notice required. Maximum 2 (6-week) or 4 (13-week) across the program

• Illness or emergency: 24 hours notice. I'm a reasonable man — unforeseen shit happens. Just don't take the piss.

No-Shows

No-show without notice? You've done your dash. Session forfeited.

Pausing the Program

Life happens. If you have a genuine emergency (illness, family crisis, etc.), the program can be paused.

• 6-week program: Maximum 1 month pause

• 13-week program: Maximum 2 month pause

We talk, we sort it. But this isn't a pause-whenever-you-feel-like-it situation.

Refunds

No refunds for missed sessions or change of mind.

If legitimate extenuating circumstances arise and you need to exit the program early, a partial refund can be negotiated. I'm fair and reasonable — we can talk.

Otherwise, you don't get a refund if you buy on the street.

If I Need to Reschedule

It'll be for good reason, and I'll give you maximum notice.

Right to Cease

I reserve the right to cease working with a client if risks are identified to their welfare or mine. If this happens, the remainder of the program will be calculated and refunded.

Breathwork Safety

Breathwork is not suitable for everyone.

1:1 support runs for the duration of your program only. After completion, support continues only if you're subscribed to an ongoing mentoring option.
