This is six weeks of 1:1 mentoring where you build a breath practice that actually works, then keep it working without me.
No apps. No circles. No performance. No "hold space" cosplay.
Developed over 7 years of daily practice, trial and error and integration. Refined through thousands of sessions, group and 1:1 client work. Just clean technique, real time correction, and doing the fn work.
You will learn how to regulate your nervous system on command, work safely with high ventilation breathwork, how to navigate different states and land it properly so you ain't left blowin in the wind.
Simple integration. Get back to living.
Altered states can happen. Sometimes early. You will learn how to navigate them without chasing them.
By Week 6, you'll have a system you can run solo. That's the point. Self guided process, your choice.
What You'll Learn
Nervous System Regulation (NSR)
How to settle your system before you push it, how to bring it back down after and of course how to return there on cue. This is the skill most intense breathwork skips, and it's why people either blow themselves out, never stick with it or end up off with the fairies.
High Ventilation Breathwork (HVB)
Controlled, deliberate, adaptable. You'll learn to work the full range, from settled to send-it. You will learn mechanics, pacing, how to navigate different states and the guard rails for when you leave that pref-frontal cortex and go deep.
Reading Your Own Signals
You'll start to recognise what your body & mind is actually telling you, before, during, and after practice.
If you track HRV, use it. If you don't, no worries. You'll still learn what a centred nervous system feels like and how to get there on purpose. Your new "baseline" will thank me later.
Altered States Without the Hype
This system of intense breathwork can quickly induce mindblowing states. Some call them non-ordinary or altered states of consciousness and others a spiritual experience. You call it what you want. You'll learn how to stay oriented, navigate them safely and practically. No hype. No spiritual theatre. No three day hangover because no one taught you how to land.
Integration That Holds
Integration is where the rubber hits the road. A session means nothing if it does not land in your daily life. Instead of eternally chasing that peak experience, you will learn how to close properly, stabilise, interpret in your own language and carry the benefits forward without falling apart or becoming a space cadet.

Support is for technique, grounding, and landing the work. It's not therapy, not spiritual diagnostics or crisis care, and not a daily back and forth.
Optional Urgent Contact (At My Discretion)
If something hits too hard (panic, overwhelm, strong somatic activation) there's a phone option for genuine situations. Not for hand holding. For real moments when well informed grounded support is genuinely needed.

The Practice
GHoYoS is an efficient system (can be less than 20mins) I built from scratch over 6+ years of daily practice. It's grounded in breath physiology, nervous system science, and the kind of internal work a lot of facilitators skip because they haven't done it themselves.
The base practice runs on a simple arc:
Regulate → Activate → Land → Integrate
That's it. No secrets. No theatre. Just a repeatable structure that builds a nervous system you can actually rely on, then takes you places you maybe didn't know exist.

Not a Teacher Training
This is personal practice mentoring. It's not facilitator certification, and it's not a shortcut to teaching breathwork.
GHoYoS is protected. You agree not to teach, replicate, or pass on these methods without prior written permission.
Interested in facilitating? Great. There's a pathway, but it ain’t a weekend cert. It takes time, daily practice, and real embodiment. Not everyone makes the cut. Do the work first, then we talk.
Your Commitment
Show up weekly. Do the practice (10 to 25 minutes). Use the support properly. Be honest about what's happening internally. Take responsibility for your part.
I'll guide the technique. You'll build the practice.

Contraindications
This work involves high intensity breathwork. It's not suitable for everyone. This is not medical treatment. You are responsible for disclosing relevant history.
Not suitable for:
Cardiovascular disease
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Severe mental illness
Recent surgery or serious physical injury
Pregnancy
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
Requires a conversation first:
Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia or psychosis history
Panic disorder or severe anxiety
Severe asthma or COPD
Uncontrolled diabetes
Hyperthyroidism
