The first six weeks build your foundation - technique, regulation, safety, integration. The next seven take you somewhere most breathwork never goes: advanced neurological navigation, deliberate altered state work, somatic mapping, nervous system repatterning, and the internal work that rewires how you actually operate.
This isn't a course. It's a apprenticeship in your own nervous system.
Developed over 7 years of daily practice, trial and error and integration. Refined through thousands of sessions, group and 1:1 client work. This is grounded in physiology and real internal work. You're not learning from someone who did a weekend cert. You're learning directly from the source.
No hype. No theatre. No "hold space" cosplay. Just a breathing system that delivers if you're willing to do the fn work.

MODULE 1: Weeks 1-6
Build the Foundation
Nervous System Regulation (NSR)
How to settle your system before you push it, how to bring it back down after and of course how to return there on cue. This is the skill most intense breathwork skips, and it's why people either blow themselves out, never stick with it or end up off with the fairies.
High Ventilation Breathwork (HVB)
Controlled, deliberate, adaptable. You'll learn to work the full range, from settled to send-it. You will learn mechanics, pacing, how to navigate different states and the guard rails for when you leave that pref-frontal cortex and go deep.
Reading Your Own Signals
You'll start to recognise what your body & mind is actually telling you, before, during, and after practice.
If you track HRV, use it. If you don't, no worries. You'll still learn what a centred nervous system feels like and how to get there on purpose. Your new "baseline" will thank me later.
Altered States Without the Hype
This system of intense breathwork can quickly induce mindblowing states. Some call them non-ordinary or altered states of consciousness and others a spiritual experience. You call it what you want. You'll learn how to stay oriented, navigate them safely and practically. No hype. No spiritual theatre. No three day hangover because no one taught you how to land.
Integration That Holds
Integration is where the rubber hits the road. A session means nothing if it does not land in your daily life. Instead of eternally chasing that peak experience, you will learn how to close properly, stabilise, interpret in your own language and carry the benefits forward without falling apart or becoming a space cadet.
By Week 6, you'll have a stable, repeatable practice you can run solo. That's the foundation. Module 2 is where we build on it.

Advanced Internal Systems
You've got the basics locked. Now we go further. This is where you stop "doing breathwork" and start running your own system.
Weeks 7 to 13 More precision. Correction, guidance and refinement of your personal practice.
Advanced HVB Progression
A personalised progressive instruction in HVB. The depth of knowledge on offer here is immense. A truck load of different techniques, it just depends where you are at, and where you want to take it. Tweaks and moves I've not yet seen anywhere and only found in 1000's of hours deep in the breath. All designed to take you into the breath quicker, deeper and stay there longer.
Altered States, On Purpose
Not accidental. Not chaotic. Deliberate entry, orientation, and landing. You'll be shown how to build your own practice, what to do when you lose the prefrontal cortex and you are in the deep end. Learn to navigate the big and intense physiological-somatic processes, the more subtle energies and nuanced spaces with skill and intention.
Advanced Energetics and Biofeedback
You’ll learn and get better at reading what is happening inside you in real time. How to really know your energetic system, move through processes and start to really get down to the core of your internal world. This is well beyond just how to recognise regulation, dysregulation, and the edge before you tip.
Somatic Mapping
Where your tension lives. Where your emotion hides. Where your patterns sit. You'll learn to track sensation, work with what arises, and stop bypassing the body like it's just a meat vehicle for your head.
Nervous System Repatterning
This is the long game. Old loops and reactive habits do not change from one big session. They change from repeated, embodied practice. You’ll learn how to build the structure, know the terrain and make the adjustments as needed.
Internal Intelligence
Guidance in turning up the volume on the quiet layers underneath technique. Awareness that doesn't need instruction. The kind of self-contact that holds and informs when life gets loud. Everything else falls away.
Refined Integration Protocols
It is not enough to feel different if you're still reactive, scattered, or checked out in your actual life. Guidance to refine and implement what is working within the integration system you've developed throughout Module 1. Where the evidence of actual change starts to build day to day. Relationships, work, reactions, sleep, self control. Real life.

The Practice
GHoYoS is an efficient system (can be less than 20mins) I built from scratch over 6+ years of daily practice. It's grounded in breath physiology, nervous system science, and the kind of internal work a lot of facilitators skip because they haven't done it themselves.
The base practice runs on a simple arc:
Regulate → Activate → Land → Integrate
Module 1 builds that foundational arc. Module 2 deepens it and teaches you to navigate what lives underneath - the places most people are too scared or too untrained to go.
That's it. No secrets. No theatre. Just a repeatable structure that builds a nervous system you can actually rely on, then takes you places you maybe didn't know exist.
This isn't breathwork as performance. It's breathwork as practice.

This work involves high-intensity breathwork. It's not suitable for everyone. This is not medical treatment. You are responsible for disclosing relevant history.
Not suitable for:
Cardiovascular disease
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Severe mental illness
Recent surgery or serious physical injury
Pregnancy
Glaucoma or retinal detachment

Requirements:
Completion of the full 13-week GHoYoS program. Minimum 6+ months of daily practice and integration, a demonstrated intimate understanding of the practice, personal integrity and developmental capacity. Then we talk.
Reality check:
This is not a pay to play, cereal box certificate. It's for those who want to master the craft then pass on the wisdom. Not everyone makes the cut. I'll tell you early if it's not for you. If it is, we'll build toward facilitation together, but only when you're genuinely ready, not when you've paid enough fees.
