DAN BOGAN LIVES & OA Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking any session, course, or event with Dan Bogan or OA, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms are designed to support safety, integrity, and clarity for both client and practitioner.

2. Bookings

• All bookings must be made through the official booking platform.

• You are responsible for ensuring the correct service, time, and format (online or in-person) is selected.

• If you are unsure what service is right for you, please book a free 15-minute info call.

3. Payment & Fees

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Concessions may be available upon request and are assessed case by case.

• Prices are subject to change at any time.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.

• No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment may forfeit the full session fee.

• Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergency or illness, at Dan's discretion.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or failure to attend.

• Refunds are not offered on group events or courses unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

6. Contraindications & Safety

• Some services (particularly breathwork) are contraindicated for individuals with certain medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions.

• If you arrive with a contraindicated condition without prior discussion, your session may be cancelled without refund.

7. Responsibility & Conduct

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing, readiness, and integration before, during, and after sessions.

• Dan provides a grounded, real container — not a clinical setting or spiritual bypass. This is not a space for pandering or performance.

• You are expected to show up with honesty, openness, and respect for the process.

8. Confidentiality

• All personal information and session content is held in strict confidence.

• Exceptions apply only in cases where safety is at risk (e.g. risk of harm to self or others).

9. Referrals & Support

• Dan may refer clients to other professionals, practitioners, or services where appropriate.

• Integration support is available post-session if needed (some sessions include a free integration follow-up).

10. Booking Policy

By booking with Dan, you agree to the conditions of engagement, including readiness, punctuality, and ownership of your process.
